SHIPPING POLICY

At DoryLuxy , we are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. We understand how important it is to receive your products in a timely manner. Therefore, we try to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. In general, our orders have a global delivery time of 6-10 business days. During sales periods, additional production of products may be required, which may extend the delivery time by 5 days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information. This will allow you to track your package and see an estimated delivery date.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible due to our automated process. If you wish, you can use our return policy once you receive your package.

Return Policy

We expect you to love our products, but we understand that you can't be sure. That's why we offer a 30-day trial period on our products. If for any reason you are not convinced by our products, you can simply request a return up to 30 days after receipt.

To receive a full refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, with tags and in the original packaging. If the product has been used and there is dissatisfaction, please contact our customer service so that we can find a suitable solution. This may include a refund of the amount paid or, for example, a free alternative.

Refunds

If your return is accepted, you will be notified by email. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.

We will charge a small fee for shipping your return.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it properly.

During sale periods, free products may be added to your order. Please note that this happens automatically.

We offer different packages, where the free product is automatically added to your cart.

Exchanges
